StepTrapBox: CNC Design Files
Versatile Parkour Training Obstacle
StepTrapBox combines a classic trapezoidal vault box with the utility of a stepped box for the best of both worlds. The box is ~28 inches tall with a footprint of 29.8 inches by ~47 inches.The Design has two optional pass through hole for a 1-1/4" pipe commonly used for parkour scaffolding setups.
Materials Required:
2 4’x8’x3/4” plywood Cabinet Grade, Void Free (actual 0.72" or ~18mm)
Recommended: Radiata Pine
90 x 2 inch wood screws
Wood Glue
Tools Required:
CNC Router (4ft x 8ft working area recommended, 30 inch x 48 inch minimum)
¼” end mill
⅛” drill bit
Router (hand held)
⅛” round over router bit
Counter sink drill bit
Drill/Driver
Circular Saw or Table Saw

Note:
Some images show an older version of this design with extra handles in the middle of the faces. They were found to not be useful and have been removed from this design.
